Problems installing Dot Net .net Framework 3 3.5 2 on windows 8 tablets.

On the start screen, type Command Prompt.
Right click on the icon and select Run as Administrator.
Type “DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth” without quotes and press Enter.
After it completed, you can close Command Prompt and try enable .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows Features again.
